HealthOp's managers are responsible for managing a team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality operational support within one of the following specialized teams: Central Equipment Services, Deep Clean, Sharps Management and Special Projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless, efficient, and safe operations within these departments to support the organization's overall goals.

You will oversee daily operations, lead and develop your team, implement and refine processes, manage resources, and collaborate with other departments to ensure that each team’s objectives are met in alignment with company standards.
