Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless, efficient, and safe operations within these departments to support the organization's overall goals.
You will oversee daily operations, lead and develop your team, implement and refine processes, manage resources, and collaborate with other departments to ensure that each team’s objectives are met in alignment with company standards.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sharps Technician. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely handling, disposing, and managing sharps waste—such as needles, lancets, and other medical sharps—ensuring compliance with safety protocols and infection prevention standards. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant healthcare environment for staff and patients alike.

We are looking for a Healthcare Operations Manager I . The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm. This is a float position working between both client locations in Boston and Needham, MA.
The Healthcare Operations Manager I is required to be onsite. Remote work option is not available for this position. This is a "working manager" position not a desk/administrative position. You role up your sleeves and work along side a Team of Technicians assisting in the transporting, retrieving, & cleaning of medical equipment, along with assisting in the retrieval, emptying and new placement of sharp containers within a hospital facility.
