About Us
Our Story
Our Journey
-
HealthOps began in 2013 as Silva and Associates, an Environmental Health and Safety compliance firm helping hospitals meet The Joint Commission’s rigorous standards and strengthen the safety of their care environments. Soon, a broader need came into focus: hospitals did not just need compliance advice, they needed operational partners who could help improve the systems and support services behind everyday care delivery.
As clients brought us deeper into support operations our work expanded from guidance into execution. In 2015, we rebranded as Silva Consulting Solutions, LLC and launched the Deep Clean Program, our first operational initiative. That moment marked a clear turning point, from consulting on compliance to designing and delivering healthcare support services that improve safety, efficiency, and accountability across critical hospital departments.
That progression ultimately became HealthOps. Our foundation in compliance still informs our work, but our role is growing, helping hospitals build stronger operational programs, better support frontline staff, and maintain safer, more reliable care environments.
-
Today, HealthOps is more than Deep Clean and Equipment Management. We offer a suite of services: Regulatory Compliance, Sharps Management, Document Management, Fit Testing, Black Light Testing, and Technology Solutions, all of which are guided by Data Analytics; designed to help hospitals operate at their best. Our proprietary “WeGotIt” software empowers nurses to request equipment and other services in seconds, freeing up precious time for patient care. As we look ahead, our commitment to innovation only grows. New software offerings like ATLAS are on the horizon, and we continue to invest in people who challenge assumptions, embrace diverse perspectives, and drive continuous improvement. At HealthOps, we’re dedicated to supporting our clients and improving healthcare operations one solution, one hospital, one patient at a time.
Our Mission
To partner with hospitals for safer, smoother, and more efficient operations by designing, building, and managing critical support service programs backed by accountable teams, proprietary technology, and results that can be rigorously tracked and improved over time.
Values
-
We honor our commitments, own the outcomes of every program, and do the right thing even when it’s hard, clients can rely on us, our data, and our decisions.
-
We work alongside hospital teams as a force-multiplier, embedding our people, technology, and processes into existing workflows. We co-design solutions, share data openly, and align to your goals so teams feel supported and succeed together.
-
We relentlessly improve support services using data, frontline insight, and disciplined execution, creating stable, high-performing operations that stand up under pressure and meet compliance best practices.
-
We make operations visible and understandable through clear reporting, open communication, and accessible data, so leaders can trust what they see and act with confidence.
-
We respect the people behind the systems (patients, clinicians, and staff) and build solutions that reduce burden, and support better care.
Vision
To be the most trusted name in hospital support services through predictable, measurable outcomes with the highest compliance standards.
“Our experienced team helps you achieve operational success by finding the best solutions to your organizational needs. We believe in a 'one team' approach, united under accountable leadership, to achieve the desired outcome. Our goal, put simply, is to exceed our service-level agreements.”
