At its core, “WeGotIt” is a request management solution designed to simplify the process of requesting and delivering healthcare equipment and support services, helping clinicians provide patients with the highest standard of care.
Our goal is a harmony between teams as WGI improves service responsiveness with transparency, and accountability throughout the care environment. WGI connects clinicians, support services, and other teams through a single request store-front, driving urgency-based workflows for service requests like Equipment, Sharps, and Transport. The software enables organizations to track trends, productivity, and equipment utilization in real time, creating a data foundation for continuous operational improvement and safer, more reliable patient care.
Client Portal: Frontline staff can easily request equipment delivery or pickup from a customizable item catalogue with the option to select services based on predefined service level agreements (SLAs).
Administrator Portal: This backend interface empowers administrators and dispatchers to manage, customize, and dispatch requests. It also provides tools to track service performance, monitor productivity, and identify trends for data-driven decision-making.
Mobile App: Healthcare support teams can use the mobile app on Apple devices to manage and track orders in real time, from assignment through completion. This ensures seamless and efficient service delivery.

WeGotIt service requests are module based and current capacity features:
Equipment Management: Delivery and Pick-Up requests for mobile medical equipment. Our process tracks equipment throughput and cleaning cycles. An additional option includes Asset Inventory Management (AIM), increases all data gathering around items an operation may want to track.
Sharps Exchange: Similar to the functionality of equipment pickup but centered specifically around sharp containers in the event a replacement is needed promptly.
Patient Transport: Custom and scalable transportation requests. Areas of a facility can select specific areas and types or open it to all areas and types (Procedure, Unit Transfer, or Discharge). Schedule up to 48 hours in advanced. This module lets users add equipment to the request to let the transport team know to bring a transport vessel with them.
